    1. Hi Niru, I Agreed with your comment. At present we are going through a very decadent period in terms of economy. The inflation is increasing day by day. The living cost have become unbearable. Even in this situation, no salary increments have been given to the employees of any organizations. However sometimes organizations are even cutting salaries and other financial benefits to reduce there operating costs. Therefore, even efficient employees who work very well in organizations leave the institutes in apply of higher paying jobs. Under this situation, it has become very challenging to retention the employees and protect the entities.

Actually employees are the parties who make relationship with customers, they are the party  who serving the customers,  they are the party who brings new customers to the company. There for employee retention is very important to the company.

    In dynamic business environment the employees are the most valuable assets to gain organization effectiveness and success. And any business organization success depends on their work force. Employee turnover is the opposite of the employee retention. Less employee retention means high employee turnover.Grobler, P.A. and De Bruyn, AJ. (2012) stated  that employee  turnover arise  cost  to  the  employer, due to enhance career development to the employees, firm  invest  more  money  and   time  to  hiring, training and  retaining  to  their employees. It occurs huge cost to the organization.
